Pascal Lefrancois wins the EPT Monte Carlo €50,000 High Roller! The 2022 PokerStars European Poker Tour 2022, hosted by the Monte-Carlo Casino®️, continues its €50,000 poker play, with Pascal Lefrancois in Monte Carlo on the French Riviera after more than 12 hours of play, the WSOP event team reports. The Los Angeles Sports Center made a deal with Seth Davies to emerge victorious.
The race drew 34 entrants and created a prize pool of €1,649,340, with Lefrancois taking home the top prize of €505,774 and Davies taking home €442,606 for his efforts.

Mikita Badziakouski, Mikalai Vaskaboinikau, and Laszlo Bujtas all made the final table in the €100,000 Super High Roller before jumping into this one-day high roller. However, none of them made it to the reward circle.
Other players who missed out on the prize circle included defending champion Matthias Eibinger and Sam Grafton, who both made it to the final table but failed to cash in.
Badziakouski's exit burst the bubble and Lefrancois rose to the top of the scoreboard shortly after.
Timothy Adams was eliminated in sixth.
The previous €25,000 one-day jackpot runner-up Daniel Dvoress and champion Yuri Dzivielevski were knocked out by Seth Davies.
Mike Watson lost to Pascal Lefrancois and was eliminated in third place.
Lefrancois and Davies came to an agreement immediately and no more heads-up duels were required. Lefrancois held more than twice the scoreboard as Davies, and thus earned the higher sum and the PokerStars championship trophy.
